Terms and Conditions for Nanerz Custom Cakes

Welcome to Nanerz Custom Cakes! We are delighted to offer you our services, and we hope that you will enjoy our delicious and beautiful cakes. Please take a moment to read over our terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Ordering

All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired delivery or pickup date. We require a 50% deposit of the total cost of your order at the time of placing your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the delivery or pickup date. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Rush Orders

We understand that sometimes you may need a cake on short notice. If we have an opening and can accommodate your order, we may be able to provide you with a rush order for an extra charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need a rush order.

Delivery

We offer delivery for an additional charge. The delivery fee will depend on the distance and complexity of the delivery. Please contact us for a quote.

Returns and Refunds

Since our cakes are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been started. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 7 days in advance of the delivery or pickup date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your order will apply.

Allergies and Special Requests

We take allergies and special requests very seriously. Please let us know of any allergies or special requests when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that all of our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens.

Intellectual Property

All of the designs, images, and content on our website and social media channels are our intellectual property and may not be used without our express permission.
